How to work "Item Secure Piping Technology?"
Item Secure Pvt Ltd Piping is a modern anti-termite protection system installed 8mm joint less flexible purple LLDP anti-termite pipes around the building perimeter and internal areas before flooring. The pipes is secure at the required spacing and depth using P-clips and nails for connect pipe loops to accessible junction boxes through suitable elbows and flexible pipes. Then will take water test for checking every loop and junction box to ensure proper flow and connectivity. In next step inject the approved anti-termite chemical through the junction boxes using a pressure pump 2 kg/cm² pressure. The chemical is uniformly distributed through the permanent piping network to create a protective termite barrier. Future after the 2 year termite treatment can be carried out through the junction boxes, reducing the need for repeated floor drilling.
The piping system is provided with the specified 5-year warranty as per the approved project terms.
